Here at the Tippecanoe Watershed Foundation, we pride ourselves on the quality of our staff, board, and volunteers. The dedication of the people who work for us day in and day out to protect our lakes and environment is nothing short of awe-inspiring. Many of Lyn's favorite memories - from childhood, the teenage years, and adulthood - took place on Lake Tippecanoe and surrounding lakes. From learning to water ski from her grandpa at the age of 7 - to getting married on a boat on the lake many years later - these memories have built Lyn's passion for protecting these unique and beautiful lakes. This passion led her to a Masters degree in Water Resources/Environmental Science from Indiana University. Before returning home to take care of "her" lakes in 2007, Lyn trained volunteer stream monitors through the IDNR Hoosier Riverwatch program for nine years.

 

 

 

Wendi joined our team in the spring of 2011. She is very excited to be working as administrative assistant for the TWF. Wendi's family moved from South Bend to Leesburg in 2006, and her husband has been a teacher at Warsaw High School since 1995. They live within the watershed and enjoy the beauty of the lake. Wendi lives, works and plays in the watershed, and she helps TWF meet our goals in any way that she can!
