Meet Our Staff
Lyn Crighton, Executive Director
Many of Lyn's favorite memories - from childhood, the teenage years, and adulthood - took place on Lake Tippecanoe and surrounding lakes. From learning to water ski from her grandpa at the age of 7 - to getting married on a boat on the lake many years later - these memories have built Lyn's passion for protecting these unique and beautiful lakes. This passion led her to a Masters degree in Water Resources/Environmental Science from Indiana University. Before returning home to take care of "her" lakes in 2007, Lyn trained volunteer stream monitors through the IDNR Hoosier Riverwatch program for nine years.
Eileen Oaks, Marketing and Outreach Specialist
Eileen recently graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in journalism, but returned home to pursue her passion of sharing and protecting Indiana's lakes. When not at the TWF, she can usually be found on Tippecanoe Lake in a boat with her family, friends and dogs.
Betsy Paseka, Administrative Assistant
Betsy lives in Warsaw with her husband, where she was born and raised. She grew up spending time in the lakes around Warsaw. She is excited to learn more about our watershed, plan events, and assist with the daily activities of TWF. When Betsy is not making the office more efficient, she enjoys spending time with friends and family. One of Betsy’s passions is baking delicious recipes to share with others.
