Wawasee Students Produce Virtual Watershed Video

Tuesday, June 5, 2018 - 4:36pm

Mr. Jeremy Van Lue's Radio and Television students, Carlos Perez and Cory Dunivan alongside Cyd Gallery are producing a virtual watershed tour. We can’t thank them enough for capturing the importance of a few of our projects with their skills! By combining still images, drone footage and video film they will able to show projects in our community that would mostly go unnoticed!

Featured projects include the bio swale in Bell Rohr Park helps reduce erosion and nutrients that comes into Tippecanoe Lake, five newly constructed Water and Sediment Control Basins on Chapman Lake shore, and no-till/cover crop fields. Keep an eye out for a virtual tour coming later this month.
